Malaria is one of the most deadly diseases in Nigeria and other tropical countries. It is caused by a parasite called Plasmodium, which is transmitted to humans through the bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes.
Symptoms include fever, chills, headache, and vomiting. If not treated promptly, malaria can lead to severe complications and death.
Prevention involves the use of insecticide-treated bed nets, indoor spraying and taking antimalarial drugs. Public health education remains a key tool in reducing the spread of malaria.

This requires “a” or “an” which is chosen based on sound, not spelling. The “h” in honest is silent, so the word sounds like it starts with a vowel (“on-est”).

When changing direct speech to indirect, shift both the pronoun and tense backward.
“I” becomes “he” because you’re reporting what he said. And because the statement was made in the past “am feeling” becomes “was feeling”.
