Are you looking for JAMB offices in Nigeria to resolve your JAMB issue(s)?
See the official list of JAMB offices in Nigeria with their address and contact details for your profile corrections, change of institution or course, admission complaints, biometrics and other related problems that cannot be solved at CBT centres.
- SEE JAMB ACCREDITED CBT CENTRES NATIONWIDE
JAMB accredited centres can assist with some issues, but certain cases are only resolved at a JAMB office.
What issues can be resolved at JAMB offices?
Some common problems handled at JAMB offices include:
- Profile correction
- name
- date of birth
- other data errors
- Change of institution or course
- Admission-related (CAPS) issues
- Biometric verification problems
- Result complaints and other irregularities
Visit a JAMB office to resolve any of these UTME-related issues that cannot be handled through the portal.
The office also handles general enquiries about JAMB exam and can refer you to headquarters if your issue requires it.
But check whether your issue can be resolved online first before visiting.
Services like result checking, admission status and basic profile updates can be done via JAMB portal.
Going all the way to the office for something you can fix on your phone is a waste of time, when you consider the journey and long queue.
If it’s about withheld result, read our full GUIDE ON WHY JAMB WITHHELD SOME RESULTS this year first.
If your score is lower than cutoff, see LIST OF SCHOOL THAT ACCEPT LOW JAMB SCORES before making any decision.
Things to know before visiting any JAMB office
Before heading to JAMB office, there are a few things worth knowing.
1. Go early
The office opens at 8:00 AM and candidates who arrive late, especially during registration or admission periods, often spend hours on queue or even return the next day.
Arriving by 7:30 AM gives you a better chance of being attended to without a long wait.
2. Carry all necessary documents
This includes your JAMB registration number, a valid means of identification, your JAMB profile details and any printouts or evidence relevant to your complaint.
Officials will ask for these before attending to you and missing documents means another trip.
3. Is the visit necessary?
If your issue is something like checking your admission status or tracking your CAPS progress, handle it online before deciding to visit.
Our JAMB CAPS GUIDE and ADMISSION STATUS GUIDE can walk you through those steps using your phone.
