What is TRCN induction?
TRCN induction is an official ceremony for newly “certified” teachers.
It is a public confirmation by TRCN that you are now recognised in Nigeria as a certified teacher licensed to practice the profession.
You’ll receive orientations, take an oath of practice and COLLECT YOUR TRCN CERTIFICATE and licence there.
- “Graduating Students” are final-year students (i.e. about to graduate).
- “In-Service Teachers” are teachers currently teaching in any school in Nigeria.
- “Teachers in Diaspora” are Nigerian teachers living abroad (i.e. anywhere outside Nigeria).
How much is TRCN induction fee for teachers?
These fees are the same for all categories — PhD, Masters, Degree and NCE holders.

TRCN induction fee (paid after passing the exam) is part of TRCN REGISTRATION FEES, which is different from TRCN EXAM FEE (paid before writing the exam).
