Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or downloading any paid products or services from our website.
1. Digital products
All our study materials, guides and practice questions are delivered electronically (as digital downloads or online access).
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
- You did not receive access to your purchased material within 24 hours (and our support team could not resolve it).
- You experienced a verified technical issue on our side preventing product access.
In such cases, please contact: support@exammajor.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment and a brief description of the issue.
2. Subscription services (when applicable)
If you subscribe to a recurring plan for premium access:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to premium materials until the end of your current subscription term.
3. Courses or webinars (when offered)
Refund requests for live or recorded courses may be accepted if:
- The request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or
- The course is canceled or rescheduled by EXAM MAJOR.
After the session has begun or materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Products purchased through affiliates
If you purchased a product via an external partner or affiliate link, your transaction is subject to that provider’s cancellation and refund policy.
EXAM MAJOR is not responsible for processing such refunds.
5. Processing of approved refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
